Activity & Patient Report: Notes and View Details
Overview
The Inventory > Activity and Patients > Dispenses report now includes a new column, “Note”.
The Activity report also includes additional information “View Details” slide out for every
transaction.
The “Note” Column
The new column will capture any notes based on the type of transaction. For example, upon a
Dispense, it will document if the dispensed vaccine was scanned or manually checked when
confirming the lot and expiration. The notes for transactions include:
- Dispense
- Manual Confirm
- Scanned
- Timed Out
- No Info (displays for AccuVax+ models)
- Reloaded Dispense (when reloading after 45 minutes)
- Stored Properly Elsewhere
- Approved By Manager
- Remove
- Compromised or Expired
- Return To Manufacturer
- Transport or Move
- Other
- All other transactions will be blank in the “Note” column
- This column is found in both Inventory > Activity report and the Patients >Dispenses report.
- This column is included in +Filters, the Print report, and an option to include in Export.
The “View Details” Column
The Activity Report now includes a “View Details” link for every transaction. A slide out on the
right side of the screen will appear when “View Details” is clicked.
The fields included in the “View Details” slide out:
- Date/Time
- The date and time of the
- transaction.
- Storage Location
- The unit the transaction was generated at.
- Lot
- The lot number of the item transaction
- Expiration
- The expiration date of the item transaction.
- Units of Use
- The number of units (or doses) the item transaction.
- Program
- The Program associated with the item transaction.
- Product Code
- The Product Code (usually the NDC) of the item transaction
- Manufacturer
- The manufacturer name associated with the item transaction.
- CVX Code
- The CVX code that maps to the item transactions
- Type
- The actual name of the transaction
- Note
- Any notes related to the transaction
