Manually adding patients on the MyAccuVax portal
Log into the MyAccuVax portal and follow these steps to add a new patient:
- From the top of the screen, select the “Patients” tab
- Locate the button and click on it
- You will see the following screen:
Notice there are more fields to fill out on the portal than there are on the unit; the additional fields (outside of Frist Name, Last Name, MRN, and Birth Date) are optional. Once the above fields are filled out with valid information, click “Save” and the patient will be added to the patient list on the Portal and the AccuVax ES unit.
Adding a complete patient list on the MyAccuVax portal
Log into the MyAccuVax portal and follow these steps to add a list of patients:
- From the top of the screen, access the “Patients” tab
- Locate the button and click on it. You will be brought to the ‘Add New Patient’ screen as mentioned above.
- Click on ‘Bulk Upload CSV’ link at the top of the screen .
- You will be taken to the following screen containing specific instructions on how to make the import:
You can choose to download a sample .CSV file to help with your upload. Once you have the correct headers formatted for your .CSV file and all the patient information gathered, you can then select the located at below the info on the screen displayed above.
- After selecting your .CSV file, a progress bar will display. After completion the list of patients will then show up on the Portal, which will then sync to the AccuVax unit(s).
