Edit custom items on MyAccuSite.com 

Any custom item can be edited on MyAccuSite.com. This allows users with access to update or correct custom item information and apply the updates across all their sites.

 

Access Item Master list

  • Login to MyAccuSite.com
  • Select the gear in the upper right corner
  • Select Inventory
  • Select the Item Master tab

  • The Item Master will list all items known to the entire account
  • The list can be searched, filtered, or exported to view item information

 

To edit a custom item

  • From Item Master tab, find the custom item needing edit
  • Select View Details to go to the custom item details page
  • View the details of the item
  • Select Edit in the upper right corner to enable editing

  • Item fields that allow editing will provide input or drop down options
  • To save edits, select Save in the upper right corner
  • Edits will update item fields at all AccuShelf units and all MyAccuSite reports
