AccuVax Reserves Reconciliation
Please follow these steps on MyAccuVax.com to reconcile any discrepancies with the counts in your AccuVax Reserves units.
Access Reconciliation from MyAccuVax
- Go to www.MyAccuVax.com and login with your email and password
- Select the Location of the Reserve storage locations
- Select Inventory tab
Start a New Count
Before reconciling, a new count sheet needs to be created for the inventory that you want to review and update.
- Select Counts from the sub-tab
3. Use the dropdowns to select the Reserve (Fridge or Freezer) and Program (if multiple) and then Submit to get the count sheet
4. The count sheet of the selection is now visible on MyAccuVax. This is the expected counts in the reserve storage unit with relevant information. This is the count sheet that will be used to reconcile
Reconcile Counts
Once a new count has been created, it will remain open until it is reconciled. Each count sheet provides input to update Actual Boxes and Notes section to leave comments on any edits
- Start a new count or go to the count sheet that will be reconciled
- For any count changes, use the Actual Boxes input and change to the correct box count
IMPORTANT: The counts are in box or package count. Please ensure you are inputting box count in this input field.
3. Add any comments in the Notes field at the bottom of the count sheet
4. To commit the count change, select the Reconcile button
Once the Reconcile button is clicked, the count sheet is closed and most importantly, all counts are updated or confirmed.
To verify any changes, navigate to On Hand tab in Inventory and review the inventory that was updated.
