Restarting the AccuShelf application will help resolve possible issues including barcode scanner connections, temperature probe communications, and portal connections. Follow these steps to restart the application. 


  1. Touch the middle of the top banner, where the name or serial number is displayed
  2. Select "Restart" in the lower left corner
  3. The screen will change and the AccuShelf bootup screen will begin
  4. Wait until the login screens appear
  5. The application has been restarted
