Restarting the AccuShelf application will help resolve possible issues including barcode scanner connections, temperature probe communications, and portal connections. Follow these steps to restart the application.
- Touch the middle of the top banner, where the name or serial number is displayed
- Select "Restart" in the lower left corner
- The screen will change and the AccuShelf bootup screen will begin
- Wait until the login screens appear
- The application has been restarted
