Follow these steps if the AccuShelf barcode scanner is not scanning any items or it is making a different beeping noise.
- Seat the barcode scanner in its cradle and let sit for 5 seconds. Try to use the scanner again.
- If Step 1 does not resolve issue, restart the AccuShelf application.
- Touch and pull down the top banner
- Select "Restart" button in the lower left corner
- Wait for application to restart
