Overview
With the latest software update to AccuShelf (version 2.8.29), you may notice a new Status Card in your inventory labeled Archive. If this card shows an existing quantity, it's important to remove these items from the archive to maintain accurate inventory records. Follow the steps below to remove archived items. After removal, reload the items using the standard load workflow.
This guide applies to users managing inventory in the AccuShelf application.
Steps to Remove Items from Archive
- Navigate to Inventory: From the home page, tap Inventory.
- Access the Archive View: Tap View > Archive.
- Select Items: Choose the relevant items you wish to remove.
- Remove Selected Items: Tap Remove Selected.
Additional Notes
- After removing the item from inventory, please reload it using the standard load workflow to ensure it's properly re-added if needed.
- If you encounter any issues or the Archive card persists after removal, check for software updates or contact support for assistance.
- This feature was introduced in software patch v2.8.29.
