1. Loading without an Invoice

  • Select Load
  • Select Continue without Invoice
  • Select the desired Inventory Program
  • Scan the QR code on the desired Inventory Item
    • When a QR code is not available user has two options: (both require manual entry of Lot and Expiration):
      • Scan 1D linear barcode 
      • Select Search and Manually select
  • Select Submit then Yes to confirm



2. Patient Dispense

  • Select Dispense
  • Select the desired Patient from the list 
    • Best practice, search by MRN to quickly filter down 
  • Scan the inventory Items QR code 
    • If a 1D (linear barcode) is scanned user must manually select and confirm the LOT and Expiration of the item 
  • Select Next and Yes to confirm the item(s) were dispensed



3. Return

  • Select Return
  • Select the specific transaction from the list
    • User can scan the item to narrow down list
  • To Return unused item back into inventory, select Return Selected then Yes to confirm
  • To Waste the inventory item, select Waste Selected then Yes to confirm



4. Move (for Items requiring cold storage changes)

  • Select Inventory then Manage then Move
  • Scan the Inventory Item(s) QR code and choose desired cold storage destination
  • Verify and update Quantity, select Next, then Yes to confirm

    *Once move is complete Item(s) will associate with the new Beyond Use Date based on the manufacturer guidelines.



5. Reconcile (for submitting On-Hand Inventory Counts)

  • Select Inventory then View
  • Select the Program where the item is currently stored
  • Select all desired Inventory Item(s) to count then select Assign Selected to Reconcile
  • Locate and Select the Task card for the selected items from the Task List
  • Scan or manually select the - or + to adjust the Quantity, then tap Next
  • Confirm your count matches the quantity column, then Submit



6. Remove (for expired, recalled or return to manufacturer - not intended for correcting counts)

  • Select Inventory then View
  • Select a Status bucket with a quantity associated
  • Select the Item(s) then tap on ‘Remove Selected’
  • Select specific Remove Reason from the drop down
    • Reason is sent with transaction to AccuSite portal, Activity Report under Note
  • Select Remove Selected
  • Confirm and select Yes
