Sometimes, due to rare mechanical issues, vaccines may temporarily become unavailable for dispense or removal.
These affected vaccines can be viewed by going to Inventory, View, and then selecting a filter. Any inaccessible vaccines are labeled at the top of the card and is greyed-out:
