This is written for AccuVax T-1000 (Version 1.4.0)
Introduction and Overview
There are a number of reasons why an AccuVax needs to be power cycled. This article will detail how to power off and power on AccuVax.
Powering off AccuVax
- Power off Tablet
- Press Power button
- If there's not a button, use a paperclip into the hole in the bezel at the top of the touchscreen.
- Tablet will prompt user to "Slide to Power off" - user should use their finger to slide down
- Disengage Battery and Turn off Power
- Pull the Battery Circuit Breaker out (note the picture below)
- Flip power button to off
There should not be any noise coming from the unit.
Powering on AccuVax
- Engage Battery and Turn on Power
- Push the Battery Circuit Breaker in (note the picture below)
- Flip power button to on
- Ensure tablet turns on (BIOS is set to wake on AC)
- If the tablet doesn't power on, use the power button to turn it on and make a ticket to fix the BIOS settings.
