AccuVax user interface is operated via the tablet. 


A general troubleshooting step is to restart the tablet to attempt to recover from a bad state


Steps to restart the tablet.

  1. Locate the small hole in the top right of the black plastic
  2. Insert the tablet initialization tool straight down through the hole
  3. Hold down on the button with the tool for 3 seconds (or until you feel a vibration) then release
  4. On the screen, a window will appear from the top that states "Slide to shut down your PC"
  5. Use finger to slide the window down
  6. The tablet will shutdown
  7. Wait until the screen goes blank
  8. Re-insert the tablet initialization tool straight down through the hole
  9. Hold down on the button with the tool for 3 seconds (or until you see an icon appear on the screen) then release
  10. The tablet will begin its startup, the screen will remain blank for approximately a minute before AccuVax user interface is displayed
